Reliability and testing — background jobs (BullMQ, Redis) with retries and dead-letter handling, and I write tests for the logic that can't afford to be wrong, one recent engagement shipped with 290+ passing tests on the core sync logic. Full-stack when the project needs it — Next.js, React, Tailwind, so I can own a feature end to end when that's the better fit, without it becoming the default pitch. AI integration, applied carefully — agents, RAG, and automation (n8n, AWS Bedrock, Textract) built as one component inside a system with human approval where the stakes call for it, not an AI layer bolted onto something fragile.
