QA Engineer | Manual & Automation Testing | Selenium, Playwright
I’m a Software QA Engineer specializing in manual testing, test automation, API testing, mobile application testing, and AI-powered product evaluation. I help startups, SaaS companies, and growing businesses identify critical bugs, validate complex workflows, and build reliable testing processes before issues reach production. My approach to QA goes beyond simply checking whether a feature works. I test how the application behaves with real-world users, unexpected inputs, edge cases, different devices, browsers, network conditions, APIs, and data scenarios. 🔍 What I Can Help You With ✅ Manual QA Testing → Functional & Regression Testing → Exploratory & Ad-Hoc Testing → End-to-End Testing → Smoke & Sanity Testing → User Acceptance Testing (UAT) → Cross-Browser & Compatibility Testing → UI/UX & Usability Testing → Negative & Edge-Case Testing 🤖 AI & AI Agent Testing → AI chatbot testing → Conversational flow validation → AI response quality evaluation → Prompt and instruction testing → Context retention testing → Hallucination and incorrect-response detection → AI workflow and tool-use validation → Multi-step AI agent testing → Voice AI and conversational assistant testing ⚙️ Test Automation → Selenium → Cypress → Playwright → Appium → Automated regression testing → End-to-end automation → Maintainable test framework development → CI/CD automation integration 🔗 API Testing → REST API testing → Postman → Swagger / OpenAPI → Authentication & authorization testing → Request/response validation → Integration testing → Error handling and negative testing → API regression testing 🗄️ Database Testing → SQL validation → Data integrity testing → CRUD operation validation → Backend-to-frontend data verification → Data consistency and relationship testing 📱 Web & Mobile Testing → Responsive web applications → Android applications → iOS applications → Mobile browser testing → Cross-device testing → Appium automation → Real-device and emulator testing 🚀 Performance & Reliability → Basic load and performance testing → JMeter → Response-time validation → Network-condition testing → Bottleneck identification → Stability and reliability checks 🛠️ Tools & Technologies → Automation: Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium → API: Postman, Swagger, REST API → Performance: JMeter → CI/CD: GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI → Bug Tracking: Jira, Linear, Trello, Asana → Test Management: TestRail, Zephyr → Collaboration: Slack, Notion, Confluence → Browser/Device Testing: BrowserStack and real devices → Database: SQL / MySQL / PostgreSQL 📋 My QA Process I normally follow a structured process: 1. Understand the product, requirements, and business workflows 2. Identify critical user journeys and risk areas 3. Prepare test scenarios, test cases, and checklists 4. Execute functional and exploratory testing 5. Test edge cases and unexpected user behavior 6. Validate APIs, databases, and integrations when required 7. Perform regression testing after fixes 8. Automate stable and repetitive test scenarios 9. Integrate automated tests into CI/CD where appropriate 10. Provide clear bug reports and actionable QA feedback Every bug report is documented with clear reproduction steps, expected behavior, actual behavior, environment information, severity, and supporting evidence when required. 💡 Automation When It Makes Sense Automation is powerful, but I don't believe everything should be automated. I first identify repetitive, stable, and high-value scenarios that provide a good return on automation. For rapidly changing features, exploratory testing and targeted manual QA may be more effective. The goal is simple: **build the right level of testing for your product, not just more tests.** 🌐 Experience Across Product Types I can work with a wide range of applications, including: → SaaS platforms → AI-powered applications → AI agents and chatbots → E-commerce platforms → Shopify / WooCommerce applications → CRM and ERP systems → Booking and marketplace platforms → FinTech applications → Healthcare platforms → Education platforms → REST API-based applications → Web and mobile applications 🎯 What You Can Expect ✔ Detailed and structured testing ✔ Clear, reproducible bug reports ✔ Strong attention to edge cases ✔ Practical QA recommendations ✔ Manual + automation testing when appropriate ✔ API and backend validation ✔ Cross-browser and responsive testing ✔ Regression coverage for future releases ✔ Clear communication and progress updates ✔ QA documentation that your development team can actually use Whether you're launching a new SaaS product, improving an existing web application, integrating AI, or preparing for a major release, I can help you establish a testing process that reduces production bugs and improves the overall user experience. Have a product that needs reliable QA coverage? Send me your requirements, staging URL, or project details, and I’ll outline the testing approach I would use.
