Gloria B.

I am a strategic grant consultant and founder of Cedar Grants Consulting, with over four years of cross-continental experience supporting mission-driven organisations across England and Nigeria. I bring a rare combination of non-profit grant writing expertise and for-profit grant management experience. I have helped organisations secure over £91,000 in grant funding from trusts and foundations, across sectors including community welfare, health and wellbeing, women's empowerment, youth and mentorship, arts and inclusion, disability, and education. Alongside this, I work in grants management within the medical education industry, supporting the coordination and administration of pharmaceutical and medical education grants and sponsorships across the full lifecycle, from funder submission through to contracting. My BSc in Biomedical Sciences and MSc in Public Health give me genuine scientific and public health literacy, meaning I understand the medical and clinical content involved, not just the administrative process around it. What I offer on Upwork: - Grant writing and proposal development for non-profit and charitable organisations - Grant and sponsorship administration for pharmaceutical, medical education, and corporate clients - Funder research and prospecting across UK, European, and international funders - Grant readiness assessments - Pipeline and deadline management - Application review and editing I use industry tools including Fundin.ai, Charity Excellence Framework, Candid, GrantStation, Grantable, and GEMS, and I bring the same rigour and care to every engagement regardless of sector or size. I hold a BSc in Biomedical Sciences from Queen's University Belfast and a Master's in Public Health from the University of South Wales. If you need a grant consultant who understands both the science and the strategy, across non-profit and for-profit contexts, I would be glad to discuss your project.
