I’m a mental health and addiction recovery consultant with over a decade of experience working across Asia in prevention, treatment, and recovery support. My background blends clinical psychology, addiction counseling, and international capacity building, allowing me to serve both individuals seeking personal growth and organizations developing effective mental health or drug demand reduction programs. As a Global Master Trainer in Drug Demand Reduction and a Certified Addiction Professional (ICAP-II-Tx, ICAP-RS) under the Global Centre for Credentialing & Certification, I’ve trained practitioners, developed community programs, and provided technical consultation to local governments and NGOs. Previously, I co-founded Hope Valley Recovery Centre (Malaysia) — an outpatient addiction treatment program — and currently serve as a founding member and secretary of the Asian Recovery Network. I’ve also served as a mental health and addiction consultant for government-led community recovery initiatives, helping strengthen and scale community-based treatment and support systems. My work includes collaboration with clients and organizations across Asia, North America, and Australia, enabling me to bring a culturally attuned, globally informed perspective to every project.
