I have a Ph.D. and a master’s degree in Business administration, with a focus on evaluating the performance of interventions using machine learning approaches. I have worked as a technical coordinator in research health projects involving artificial intelligence, machine learning, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), statistical analysis, and health policy assessment. I have authored over 100 academic papers evaluating public health policies, information technology, management, and data mining, including national and international efforts. Additionally, I am trained in spatial analysis and geoprocessing, analysis, and database development using SPSS, technical efficiency analysis (data envelopment analysis (DEA)), Machine Learning, R Language, Python, statistical analysis, focus group methodology, Business Process Modeling Notation, and Data visualization based on Tableau and Power BI. I am a member of the Brazilian Society of Health Informatics and a consultant for the Pan-American Health Organization/World Health Organization. I have developed consulting projects and performance evaluations for Ministries of Health, various State Departments, private foundations, municipalities, research foundations, and public and private companies. I am also a reviewer for journals specializing in health, management, and information technology applied. I have been working on evaluating policies, developing performance assessment methodologies, data mining, GIS, performance management, process mapping, organizational restructuring, system structure health information technology, mobile health (mHealth), Internet of Things, Business Intelligence, BIG DATA, and data science applied to health management.
