In addition to my business/marketing knowledge, I have refined my marketing and customer service skills through internships and entry-level positions in the signs and graphics industry. The signs and graphic industry taught me the importance of multitasking in a business setting. I was able to witness and utilize communication skills on a daily basis, maintain organization around the workplace: business wise and neatness, problem solve in clutch situations, and excel in business relations with a diverse array of people with utmost care and courtesy. The importance of appearance, communication, customer satisfaction, and organization, which are all key factors in running a successful business, are standards that I possess and utilize in company settings. I believe in the "TEAM" concept and make the best decisions beneficial to team members and the company I work for. I'm a natural leader, and lead by example with actions. Every task I take on is done diligently, with 100% effort.
