I have worked in the BPO industry since 2011. I started as a customer service representative and got promoted as one of the support for the associates. My recent work experience is with Worker’s Compensation Insurance project wherein I started as an Intake Assistant, as an Intake Assistant we sort fax documents and emails then we prepare all the necessary information like provider/doctor/facility details to be entered in our client system tool accurately. If there are missing information or lacking information we are responsible on reaching out to the provider’s office to validate and verify but for some instances that they cannot be reach then we need to do an online search or check previous documents in our client system. Now that I got promoted as the Process Trainer, my responsibility is to train new hires and maintaining Process Guides and SOP.
