Previously, I worked at Concentrix Egypt as a Sr. Technical Quality Evaluator – MS Office 365 (German & English) and as a Backup Subject Matter Expert – MS Office 365 (German & English). I also held roles at Amazon Retail, including Team Leader and Backup Team Leader, where I drove performance, supported my team, and organized shifts.
