CAREER OBJECTIVE: To seek a position that offers personal growth, self-development and organizational goals and to work with commitment, creativity, and efficacy to the organization to be able to succeed in an environment of growth and excellence. I’m a person who’s seeking knowledge on every aspect, because learning never stops. A creative one, good communicator, can handle pressure, applies critical thinking and time management, good collaborator and able to adapt work environment. Overall, I strive for succession in organizational goals with precise work excellence and efficacy. Before my work experience, I attended a lot of seminars & trainings which is close to my chosen course, business management. I proceed to being employed as an online teacher, a market researcher to observe how my manager or supervisor handle me as an employee and its workforce for a couple of years. After that, I opened up a business, it was a whole lot of experience, I only got one sales associate handling them professionally and the rest is up to me from marketing, inventory, sales invoice, logistics, everything to keep the business alive and going. I believe my strongest trait is my attention to detail. A great team player, keeping a team together and producing quality work in a team environment. I’m an adaptable person, I work three different jobs for the past six years, they have different job descriptions and able to became a business owner thus knowing to adjust my approach to meet every organizational goals. These traits have helped me tremendously in this field of work. I am a fast learner; I had operated my business for almost four years without any guidance but just from the best of my knowledge. I applied every work aspect as much as surpassing my limits. You’re looking for someone who can perform a wide range of administrative duties, I have a track record of carrying out these different tasks efficiently and successfully. My work experience for outbound is Marketing Research. As a Market Researcher, we do surveys and gather opinions from people in a selected area which helps the client understand more of the people’s point of view in a statistical data. Gathering and interacting with diverse respondents where there are answers that are different or similar from one another which made it more interesting for me. It’s not an easy task because every call is a challenge and we need to always put in mind to read each word verbatim and prepare rebuttals to push through the survey. For cold calling experience is Real Estate Cold Caller, we answer to the name of a resident from a specific state. We ask them if they're willing or are still selling they're house or houses with an exact or offered price and check if it's close to the price that shows on Zillow. We use cold tools for dialing the campaign and encipher they're details in it. I believe that my abilities will allow me to excel to the point that I can seek better opportunities such as managerial and possibly even higher. I will see myself as a valued employee of the company. I want to be an expert at my position to reach and lead splendid organizational goals through hard work.
