I am currently employed as a Toast Point of Sale (POS) specialist where my primary responsibility lies in managing and optimizing the backend ensuring data integrity, system reliability, and efficient communication between the frontend and backend elements of Toast. Daily, I troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, manage enhancements or updates, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new features. My role extends to menu-related tasks. This includes menu building and optimization to ensure that menu items, pricing, and modifiers are accurate and provide a seamless experience for users and customers alike. In addition, I am proficient in several add-on modules offered by Toast including, Retail, Marketing, Catering, Order & Pay and Loyalty.
