Sumin H.

I help game teams communicate with Korean and English-speaking players through clear translations, organized community support, and practical support documentation. I’m a native Korean speaker with 4+ years of experience in live-service game operations. My work includes Korean-to-English announcements, player support escalations, staff training, response reviews, and operational reporting. For the indie game Bearly Awesome, I supported Korean community outreach through Naver Café content, posts on local gaming communities, creator research and outreach, and playtest onboarding. What I can help you with: - Korean-to-English game announcements, patch notes, FAQs, and social posts - Korean localization review for clarity, tone, and terminology - Korean community content and creator outreach - Customer support SOPs, response templates, and quality-review checklists - Player feedback summaries and weekly operational reports My operations background helps me spot details that affect players: unclear reward conditions, missing time zones, inconsistent terminology, and instructions that leave the next step uncertain. I’m available for focused projects and ongoing collaboration with agreed deadlines and delivery windows. Share your source material, target audience, and scope, and I’ll help define the deliverables.
