For 17 years I have been working in computing, working as a developer, project manager and systems manager, leading development teams. During the first 5 years I worked on different software projects in companies in Bolivia and also as a freelancer for foreign companies as developer. For the last 12 years I have been actively participating in the analysis, design, development, control, direction and implementation of CORE Insurance systems and related systems. For 8 years I worked at the company Tecnología Corporativa Tecorp SA and for 4 years to present I have been working at the company Santa Cruz Vida y Salud Seguros y Reaseguros Personales S.A. I have solid knowledge in the full cycle of software development, project management and work team management. Regarding of Insurance topics, I know the quoting, underwriting, issuing, maintenance, collections, claims, and reinsurance processes for Life and Health insurance respectively. At the organizational culture level I have knowledge and good practices in Lean Six Sigma, ISO 9001, ISO 27001/27002 and for work teams the SCRUM methodology. Results-oriented with professional solvency and work experience to add added value to the business of the different companies that hire my professional services.
