Dispatch & Driver Management I have hands-on experience managing the details behind transportation operations, including: • Coordinating drivers, routes, pickups, deliveries, and appointment times • Monitoring driver progress and keeping schedules updated • Handling delays, schedule changes, breakdowns, and transportation issues • Communicating with drivers, mechanics, brokers, customers, and internal teams • Coordinating Uber, Lyft, flights, hotels, and rental vehicles when needed • Supporting Amazon Relay operations and communicating with ROC when issues arise • Keeping drivers and teams informed when plans change • Following through on operational issues until they are addressed When a problem comes up, I don’t stop at pointing it out. I identify what needs to happen next, contact the right person, coordinate the solution, and keep track of it until it is handled. DM Appointment Setting & Lead Follow-Up I also bring that same ownership into lead follow-up and appointment setting. I have experience managing prospect conversations across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and email, including: • Starting and managing prospect conversations • Qualifying leads and identifying genuine opportunities • Following up with interested prospects • Keeping conversations organized and moving forward • Booking appointments with qualified prospects • Making sure interested prospects do not get forgotten The goal isn’t simply to send messages or update a spreadsheet.
