David O.

Most of my work on Upwork comes from clients who hired me once and kept coming back. One of them put it simply: "Anything website, Beehiiv, GHL, and funnel I call him first." I build the systems behind coaching, course and service businesses. On the course side, I set up complete online courses and membership portals in Kajabi and GoHighLevel, from structuring the modules to the sales page, checkout and student onboarding. On the automation side, that means a GoHighLevel account that runs itself: pipelines that move leads forward, workflows that follow up by SMS and email, calendars that book and remind, and funnels built to convert. I also set up and grow beehiiv newsletters and communities, from the first welcome sequence to paid tiers and podcast integration. Over 70 completed projects and nearly 3,000 hours on Upwork, I've handled full account builds, snapshots and sub accounts, A2P registration, Conversation AI bots, course and membership portals, Zapier and Make integrations, and complete multi platform rebrands. I also work in ClickFunnels and Systeme when a project lives there. What clients usually notice is that they don't have to manage me. I ask the right questions early, tell you plainly what a platform can and can't do, and deliver on time. If something in your current setup is broken or messy, I'll find it and fix it properly instead of patching around it. If you need a course, a GoHighLevel setup or a beehiiv newsletter built, cleaned up or taken further, send me a message with what you're working on and I'll tell you how I'd approach it.
