With 15+ years of experience across operations, HR, and organizational design, my work sits at the intersection of operations modernization, workflow architecture, implementation infrastructure, and technology-enabled systems design. My passion is building practical tools that make work easier to see, manage, and improve, including dashboards, SOPs, roadmaps, CRM structures, client portals, intake systems, vendor comparisons, and implementation plans. I am also a government-verified vendor with current agreements, including an active CRADA with NSWC Crane from 2025–2029.
