Whether it's tracking daily revenue, spotting your best-selling products, or monitoring customer churn, I design dashboards that update dynamically and are easy for non-technical team members to read and use. SQL Before any dashboard or report is useful, the underlying data has to be accurate. I use SQL to query, clean, and organise data from your databases, removing duplicates, fixing inconsistencies, and structuring data so it's ready for analysis. This is the foundation that makes everything downstream (dashboards, reports, automation) trustworthy. Python For repetitive reporting tasks, like pulling the same data every week or cleaning large datasets, I use Python to automate the process, saving hours of manual work. I also use it for deeper statistical analysis when a project needs more than what Excel or Power BI can easily handle, like trend forecasting or customer segmentation. Google Looker Studio For clients who want lightweight, easily shareable reports (especially useful for teams already in the Google ecosystem), I build Looker Studio dashboards that connect directly to your data sources and update in real time, great for marketing performance, sales tracking, or executive summaries you can share with a link. Microsoft Excel Not every project needs a full dashboard. Sometimes what you need is a clean, well-structured spreadsheet with the right formulas, pivot tables, and visualisations to answer a specific question quickly. I use Excel for exactly that — fast turnaround analysis without overengineering the solution. Whether you're running an online store trying to understand what's driving (or hurting) your sales, or a growing business that needs clearer reporting on performance, I match the tool to the problem instead of forcing every project into the same format. The result is always the same goal: data you can actually use to make decisions, not just data you have to look at.
