Joshua T.Private profile: Upwork shows its earnings only to signed-in members, so we check it every few weeks, not daily. MRR here is a rough estimate (Upwork's six-month earnings ÷ months active). Last read Oct 9, 2026.

I’m an Unreal Engine 5 developer focused on building gameplay systems, interactive mechanics, AI-driven features, VFX, and immersive game experiences. I have professional Unreal Engine experience on Upwork, including a 5-star UE5 VFX contract, and I also bring a strong software-development background from professional full-stack and web application work. My UE5 work includes: • Unreal Engine 5 development • Blueprint systems and gameplay mechanics • AI and NPC systems • VFX implementation and integration • VR gameplay and interaction systems • Game-system prototyping • Debugging and optimization • Third-party and AI integrations My broader development experience includes JavaScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, PHP, APIs, databases, automation, Shopify, and WordPress. That software engineering background is especially useful when a game project requires systems thinking, integrations, debugging, or custom technical solutions beyond basic Blueprint implementation. I focus on practical implementation: understanding the mechanic or system you want, building it cleanly, testing it, and getting it working inside the actual project. Whether you need help implementing a UE5 gameplay feature, developing a prototype, improving an existing system, creating VFX, or solving a technical problem in an Unreal project, I can step into an existing project and start contributing.
