The goal was to help staff safely adopt generative AI tools while maintaining confidentiality and compliance. The result was 100 percent successful task completion in simulations and zero confidentiality breaches. The training was built around realistic scenarios, not theory, so teams could apply what they learned immediately. Alongside full course development, I also design supporting learning systems such as job aids, instructional design documents, and structured learning pathways that make training easier to implement across teams.
