I’m an operations-driven events manager, cultural producer, and curator with 10+ years of experience delivering large-scale projects—from planning and budgeting to execution and wrap-up. I completed professional training in Project Planning (Universidade de São Paulo in partnership with the University of California) and in Marketing & Events (EBAC – British School of Creative Arts & Technology). For 5 years at Força e Luz Foundation, I coordinated communication, programming, and administrative teams, built annual calendars and budgets, managed vendors, and represented the institution in interviews and public events. More recently, as Curator of Public Programs for the 14th Bienal do Mercosul, I produced 54+ events over 70 days—lectures, workshops, performances, guided tours, and street activations—managing complex logistics across multiple formats. I work comfortably with tools like Notion, Asana, Trello, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Calendly, and Zoom to keep communication clear, deadlines tracked, and stakeholders aligned.
