As an attorney, founder and investor of technology companies, I bring a unique set of skills and knowledge to my law practice. I have held leadership positions in technology companies, where I have founded companies, engaged in capital raising, developed hardware and software products and licensed these technologies. In the process, I have been involved in every facet of these activities, from corporate formation, developing ESOPs, negotiating and drafting investment instruments (including SAFE Agreements, Convertible Notes and Stock Purchase Agreements), negotiating and drafting software license agreements, consulting agreements, master services agreements, employment agreements, and filed and received four approved patents. As a founder, investor and advisor of technology companies, I keenly understand the business concerns that underpin the legal issues, and I couple practical business advice with my legal counsel. I am a member of the Bar of the State of New York.
