Irish M.

If you need someone you can trust to take ownership of tasks, solve problems, and keep things moving without constant supervision, I can help. I'm an Executive Assistant and Operations professional with 10+ years of experience across administration, leadership, communications, research, content production, project coordination, and digital marketing. Throughout my career, I've led teams and programs, coordinated people and stakeholders, managed competing priorities, handled time-sensitive work, and solved problems with limited resources. These experiences shaped how I work today: I don't simply wait for instructions. I assess what needs to be done, find practical solutions, communicate clearly, and take responsibility for getting the work completed. I can support you with: • Executive and administrative support • Online research and lead research • Content research, writing, editing, and proofreading • SEO and website content • WordPress publishing and optimization • Content calendars and social media support • Canva graphics and presentations • Video scripts and short-form video editing • YouTube content support • AI-assisted research and content workflows • Board Minutes & Resolution Preparation • Documentation, organization, and project coordination • Marketing and operational support One of my biggest strengths is being able to connect different types of work. I can research a topic, turn the information into clear content, optimize it for SEO, publish it in WordPress, create supporting social content, and keep the project organized from start to finish. More importantly, I bring a leadership and problem-solving mindset to everything I do. I've had experience leading offices and programs, coordinating teams and stakeholders, managing deadlines, dealing with unexpected challenges, and finding ways to move projects forward even when resources are limited. I understand that when you delegate something, you don't want to spend your time explaining every small step or constantly checking whether it was done. You want someone who will take ownership. That's the kind of professional I aim to be. Clients describe me as reliable, detail-oriented, responsive, professional, and committed to quality. I'm comfortable working independently, learning new systems quickly, asking the right questions when something is unclear, and finding solutions when things don't go according to plan. If you're looking for a dependable professional who can think, solve problems, communicate, and execute, rather than simply wait for the next instruction, I'd be happy to work with you.
