DIGITAL ACCESSIBILITY CONSULTING I'm a CPACC-certified accessibility specialist with lived experience of vision loss and over 15 years of screen-reader use. My background includes accessibility work with Walmart Canada, Fable, CNIB, AbleDocs and GrackleDocs. I help teams identify accessibility barriers and understand how to address them. My services include: • WCAG 2.1/2.2 AA audits of websites and applications • Manual keyboard and screen-reader testing with JAWS, NVDA and VoiceOver • PDF and document remediation, including tags, reading order and accessible structure • Clear findings with WCAG references, user impact, severity, reproduction steps and practical remediation recommendations • Accessibility training and post-remediation retesting POWER BI & DATA REPORTING I help organizations turn business, operational and financial data into clear dashboards and reports that support everyday decisions. My services include: • Power BI dashboard and report development • Data cleaning and transformation with Power Query • Data modelling and DAX measures • KPI tracking and performance reporting • Financial and operational reporting • Review and improvement of existing Power BI reports I work with clients to define the questions their reports need to answer and present the results in a practical, easy-to-understand format.
