Over the past several years, I’ve worked across both founder-led consumer brands and fast-paced tech businesses, supporting companies through growth, operational scaling, and strategic development. Most recently, I’ve been working as a Fractional COO for an AI marketing agency, helping streamline operations, improve internal systems, align teams, and support the business through rapid growth and evolving processes. This has included overseeing workflows across multiple departments, implementing operational structures, improving communication systems, and supporting leadership with execution and strategic coordination. Alongside this, I’ve also worked in growth and brand advisory capacities for businesses requiring support with positioning, customer experience, marketing strategy, and business development. In parallel, I’m the founder of The Merit Club — an award-winning membership club originally launched in London — which has generated multiple six figures over the years. Building the business from the ground up gave me hands-on experience across virtually every area of operations before scaling and delegating to a wider team. Because of this, I bring both strategic thinking and practical execution.
