Stevie V.

Hi, I'm Stevie! I help busy business owners stay organized by taking ownership of the detailed, time-consuming tasks that keep their businesses running. My background includes sales operations, CRM management, client communication, administrative support, and business ownership. I enjoy independent, task-based work where I can solve problems, organize information, and deliver accurate results without needing constant supervision. **Here's what I can help with:** - CRM cleanup, data entry, and pipeline organization - Spreadsheet management and data accuracy - Transaction categorization and bookkeeping administrative support - Invoice tracking and financial record organization - Email and inbox management - Lead research and written follow-up - Customer records and database maintenance - Reporting, documentation, and process organization - General virtual assistant and operational support **Tools and experience:** HubSpot, Copper, GoHighLevel/Zadapt, Notion, Google Workspace, and other business platforms. I'm comfortable learning new software and adapting to established workflows. **Why work with me?** I'm detail-oriented, resourceful, and genuinely enjoy turning disorganized information into clear, manageable systems. I have experience working independently in remote environments and understand the importance of deadlines, accuracy, confidentiality, and consistent communication. I work especially well with clearly defined projects, recurring administrative tasks, and businesses that need someone dependable to take ownership of the details. If you're looking for someone who can jump in, learn your systems, and make your workload lighter, I'd love to connect!
