I build custom websites and the software that operates behind them, for businesses that have outgrown off-the-shelf tools. Engagements usually begin with a specific constraint: a website that is not converting, a manual process consuming hours every week, or enquiries going unanswered. My role is to identify the smallest intervention that resolves it, then build and deliver it. Representative work Capgemini, the global technology consultancy, uses a licensed Adobe Illustrator extension I developed that populates multiple ad artboards from a single set of inputs, replacing a repetitive manual step for their creative team. It ships with machine-bound licensing and a ZXP installer. For Trenches I built the public website together with the internal outreach platform behind it, including the sponsorship pipeline and Chrome extension their team works in daily. Services Websites. Conversational AI. Voice agents that answer and route calls around the clock, and website chat for visitors who prefer to type.
