I build software that construction companies and small businesses actually run on. For the last 4 years I've worked inside my father's two construction companies in Italy, MG Edile and Project Group, on the business and operations side. I know how job-site costs, vendor invoices, budgets and staff hours are tracked day to day, and where spreadsheets stop working. That's why the tools I build are made for site managers and office staff, not only for developers. CONSTRUCTION SOFTWARE I'VE BUILT - A construction management platform used company-wide at MG Edile: cost, revenue and margin per job site across 10+ active sites, bank transactions imported by API and assigned to sites and categories, AI classification kept in check by strict Python rules (Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Docker). - A check-in/check-out app used every day by about 40 employees, with monthly hours and exportable reports, plus an automated personnel-document archive. WHAT I CAN BUILD FOR YOU - Project, budget and expense tracking for contractors and builders - Internal dashboards and reports that replace spreadsheets - Timesheets, attendance and document archives for site and office staff - Taking an app made with AI tools (Lovable, Claude Code, Neander and similar) to a version that is secure, tested and ready for real users OTHER WORK - Websites and e-commerce: seven scroll-driven and 3D websites shipped in 2026 for an industrial-design consultant, Lunox Cosmetics (store with cart and loyalty programme), Morton Film and Morton Live (3D), Riscontro (community platform) and the Project Group company website. Live links are in my portfolio. - A Trello-style app built and published on an AI app builder with real login, Postgres and server-side access control, followed by a security review (patched dependencies, CSRF checks, security headers, input validation) and a 29-test, 39-issue bug sheet tested on desktop and real phones. HOW I WORK I start from the data and the risks, ship in small milestones, and check every step in a real browser and on a phone before calling it done. You get a short written note of what changed and what's still open. ALSO Open-source research (OSINT), company checks and market research in Italian, Arabic and English.
