Yolima G.

Are you looking for an operational right-hand to handle all the administrative aspects of your projects without having to micromanage? I help founders, executives, consultancies, and businesses—including the real estate sector—structure their back-office operations, maintain spotless databases, and free up strategic time. I work with an AI-powered model (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Notion AI) to automate workflows, draft communications, and organize processes with speed, precision, and complete confidentiality. I take charge of operational management, back-office administration, and CRMs such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or Pipedrive, as well as vendor management, document review and auditing, invoice processing, digital documentation, email management, and general operational support. I handle project coordination and automation by managing dashboards in ClickUp, Asana, Notion, or Trello, ensuring deliverables are tracked and configuring simple workflows with Zapier or Make. Additionally, I handle daily social media management, such as LinkedIn, responding to messages and leads, complemented by corporate design in Canva for presentations and institutional materials. Proficient in tools including ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Notion AI, HubSpot, Salesforce, ClickUp, Asana, Zapier, Make, Canva, LinkedIn, and Google Workspace. Are you looking for a stable, long-term collaboration? I integrate as a long-term asset into your team to optimize your processes with technology and structure. Send me a message and let's schedule a brief call.
