Rim B.

Your team outgrew its workspace. I rebuild it into one Notion system people actually use, then add the AI agents that keep it running. I'm Rim, a Certified Notion Consultant and Notion Ambassador. I've delivered 100+ workspaces with a 100% Job Success Score, and I come from an engineering background in software quality and process improvement. I design systems the way an engineer would: structure first, then automation. WHAT CLIENTS HIRE ME FOR - Operations hubs: one source of truth for projects, SOPs and teams, even across multiple locations - CRMs and client portals: pipelines, follow-ups and professional client-facing spaces - Creative production systems: request intake through delivery, without chasing missing details - Notion AI and agents: automated status reports, intake triage and knowledge Q&A, built on clean data - Audits and rebuilds: fixing duplicated, messy workspaces that teams have stopped trusting HOW I WORK Fixed-scope phases with clear deliverables, so you know what you're getting before we start: 1. Audit: a prioritised list of what to fix 2. Build: databases, relations, dashboards, automations and agents 3. Handover: walkthroughs and documentation, so your team can run it without me Integrations with Make, Zapier and your other tools are scoped once we know what's needed. CERTIFICATIONS Notion Essentials, Workflows, Advanced and Certified Admin. Notion Solution Partner and Notion Ambassador. I work in English, French and Arabic, from Dubai (GMT+4), with good overlap for Europe and US mornings. A note on my work history: I keep contracts open after delivery so past clients can come back for updates and support whenever they need it. Many of the "in progress" contracts are long-term clients, not active projects. If your Notion has turned into something your team avoids, message me with what's broken. I'll reply with how I'd fix it.
