Picture this: a six-year-old with a bulky VHS-C camcorder circa 2002, herding family members into homemade movies and insisting everyone “do it again, but better.” That kid was me. And while the camera came first, the event planning side of me hit hard my senior year of high school… when I realized I loved not just capturing moments but orchestrating them too. Fast forward twelve years of Halloween parties later (yes, twelve… and counting), plus multiple annual traditions that friends now schedule their calendars around, and a reputation as *the* person people call when they get engaged, plan a milestone birthday, or need someone to organize a trip without chaos. I’m the go-to planner in my personal life the same way I am professionally… thoughtful, obsessive about details, and weirdly calm when things get complicated. I honed those instincts at Columbia College Chicago, where I worked my way up through a student-run TV station as a producer, project coordinator, and executive producer. Managing crews, timelines, live productions, and budgets taught me how to balance creative vision with real-world logistics. That combination… imagination plus execution… became my superpower. I lead multi-platform social strategy, run end-to-end video content pipelines, partner directly with leadership on marketing funnels, and plan high-visibility events from concept to clean-up. I’m equal parts creative brain and operational glue… the person who sees the big idea and builds the system that actually makes it happen. Across brands, nonprofits, cafés, laundromats, weddings, startups, and consulting teams, I’ve grown audiences, led creatives and interns, directed video shoots, managed budgets, and kept stakeholders grounded when timelines got spicy.
