Creative Operations Manager | Chief of Staff | Founder Support
Your business is growing, but you're still the one chasing the team, checking projects, answering clients, and making sure things actually get done. That usually means the problem isn't your team. You're the bottleneck. I'm the operator you bring in when the founder needs someone to take ownership of what's happening between the clients, team, projects, and day-to-day execution. I've spent 7+ years working directly with founders and CEOs across creative agencies, service businesses, and multi-business companies. My background is Executive Assistant → Operations Manager → Chief of Staff, so I'm used to working close to the founder while also getting into the details of the business. I've managed: • Business operations and project execution • Creative teams, freelancers, and contractors • Client communication and project delivery • Hiring, interviews, and onboarding • SOPs, processes, and accountability • Marketing teams and execution • Founder priorities and follow-through At one point, I supported a founder running 11 businesses across two locations. I managed projects, hiring, marketing, team coordination, executive priorities, and the operational details that could easily have ended up back on the founder's plate. At a creative agency working with luxury watch brands, I managed projects from client communication and planning through production, revisions, and final delivery. I coordinated photographers, editors, designers, freelancers, and internal teams while keeping deadlines and client expectations moving. But the part I care about most is what happens **between the task and the result.** Someone says they'll do something. Who follows up? A client sends feedback. Who turns that into action? A deadline gets missed. Who finds out why? The founder has ten priorities. Who figures out what actually needs their attention? That's where I operate. Give me the goal and I'll help figure out the people, process, priorities, and next steps needed to get it done. I'm not looking to be another person you have to manage. I'm looking for a long-term partnership where I can take ownership, solve problems, keep people accountable, and make the business easier for you to run. If you're at the point where too much of the business still runs through you, let's talk. Tools: ClickUp, Asana, Notion, Frameio, Google Workspace, Canva, Claude, and others depending on the business.
