Jafar S.

Top Rated Flutter developer and founder of JSK Logics, a UK-registered software company. I build iOS and Android apps with AI built in, from first MVP to a live product your users rely on. We own the outcome: scope, code, release and the fixes after launch. Right now I am building and supporting two client products through Upwork: Arena OVR, a team-culture and points-tracking app for sports teams and schools, and AVA, an offline-first fintech MVP for Cote d'Ivoire. WHAT I BUILD - Flutter and Dart apps for iOS and Android: Firebase, REST APIs, push notifications, in-app subscriptions, App Store and Google Play releases. - Offline-first mobile apps: local database, background sync, retry and conflict handling for users on weak networks. - AI features and AI agents: OpenAI and Claude integration, chatbots, RAG over your own documents, structured outputs, provider-agnostic LLM layers. - AI automation with n8n: CRM, email and operations workflows that take repetitive work off your team. - SaaS MVPs and dashboards: Next.js, React, Node.js, PostgreSQL, Stripe and admin panels. PROOF - Arena OVR (sports teams and schools): built the Flutter app across 8 paid milestones for the same client since February 2026, now continuing on an ongoing support and improvements contract. - AVA (fintech, Cote d'Ivoire): technical lead on an identity-first financial app - offline-first Flutter, biometric identity, BLE wearables and a multi-LLM backend (Gemini, GPT, Claude). - JSK LOGICS LTD: UK company (No. 17076905) with an engineering team in Islamabad. You get one accountable lead, plus extra hands when the roadmap needs them. HOW I WORK - A short written plan before any code: scope, milestones, risks and cost. - Weekly demo builds you can install and test on your own phone. - Your GitHub, your store accounts, your IP from day one. - AI-assisted engineering with human code review and tests, never unreviewed generated code. - Clear written English and daily overlap with US and UK working hours. Have an app idea, a stalled codebase or a manual process you want automated? Send me a short description or a repo link. I will reply with a one-page plan: approach, stack, milestones and a cost range.
