This is Raneem, I'm Graduated from AL Azhar University Faculty of Shari'ah & Law, I am an experienced interpreter, fluent in English and Arabic, with Arabic as my first language. Currently, I work as an English-Arabic interpreter, a role that allows me to provide support and help many people. Previously, I worked as a medical interpreter for English and Korean Language pair, which was particularly challenging and rewarding, as I taught myself Korean a language that has become my third after Arabic and English. Beyond interpreting, I have a strong background in customer service, having worked as a customer support agent, and event planning, a field I am deeply passionate about. I thrive in roles that require creativity, organization, and connecting with people. In addition to my professional roles, I volunteer with my Korean friends to launch their kimchi brand, which is set to be the first in Africa. I contribute by shooting and editing promotional videos, translating content, managing their social media accounts, and developing marketing plans. I also collect customer feedback and help them understand the differences between Egyptian and Korean tastes to create a kimchi variation tailored to Egyptian preferences. Recently, I planned a customer event and conducted a survey to gather insights, helping shape their strategy for local success. I am very passionate about learning more, exploring new opportunities, and gaining experience in diverse roles.
