Sepi here😃 I do almost everything, web apps, integrations, CRM pipelines, automation, but the part I like most is making a business run better. That starts with connecting all your tools and data into one place, and once that's there you can do whatever you want with it: track things, process them, or just have it draft a message to someone. My priority order: get it working first, then make it cheap. Sometimes that means self-hosting and DIYing everything down to a $70/month box. Sometimes the right answer is just paying for the SaaS, because tech moves fast and the two weeks you'd spend rebuilding something that already exists costs more than a year of the subscription. I don't have a religion about it, I pick whatever gets you running soonest and optimize from there. I handle the whole build, architecture, database, backend, frontend, deployment, so you explain your business once, not once per specialist. How I usually set it up: a bot on Slack or Telegram, running on a server, with access to everything, your inboxes, your CRM, your files, your accounts, the web. It's up 24/7. I message it from my phone wherever I am and it checks something online or in the data, pulls up an account, creates a new task or a whole new workflow, sets an alarm for tomorrow's meeting, drafts the reply. An assistant that's always on and already knows your business, instead of you opening six tabs- basically a chatgpt customized for me and the apps and tools I care about. What I'm actually here for is making your work easier. Ten tools that don't talk to each other, data everywhere and answers nowhere, a manual process eating twenty hours a week that a workflow kills in one. And I have a soft spot for old systems. The spreadsheet from 2016, the WordPress site nobody dares touch, the tool your whole team lives in. I'd rather modernize them in place, because that system runs your business and you've spent years making it fit you. Stack, since you'll ask anyway: Automation & AI: self-hosted n8n, REST APIs, webhooks, queues. CRM work in Airtable, Attio, HubSpot. AI agents where a decision actually needs to be made, plain code everywhere else, because the boring parts of AI systems (matching people to companies, catching the model when it makes things up, knowing what each call costs) are what decide whether they survive production. Data & backend: Postgres, Supabase, multi-tenant schemas, vector search. Payments including marketplace payouts. If the data's behind a wall: scraping, proxies, reverse-engineering the API they didn't want you to find. Web & frontend: React, Next.js, some real-time 3D and motion work. Generative media pipelines when a project needs video, avatars, or covers in volume. Infra: Docker, Linux, self-hosted is the best thing in the world
