Shelmith M.

Hey there, I am a Wellness and Fitness VA with expertise in Momence, Arketa, Legitfit, and Vagaro. I help Fitness, Wellness, and Mental Health leaders and their studios and practices optimize operations and elevate the client experience, creating smoother scheduling, better retention, and more consistent revenue flow. A little bit about my background... For close to a decade, I was deep in Data and Research. For the last 2 years, I took that same Analytical Focus, paired with my love for organization and efficiency, to Support CEO's as an Executive Assistant. Now, I have discovered my Purpose and what truly sets my Soul on fire: Mental Health, Wellness, Fitness, and nurturing the whole self. I am now dedicating all my energy with great enthusiasm to supporting fitness, wellness, and mental health leaders and their businesses. As a Fitness, Wellness, or Mental Health leader, I will support you by taking the weight of backend operations off your shoulders so you can focus on your real purpose of helping people get stronger, heal, and thrive. For your Fitness/Wellness Studio, I will help Optimize Operations and elevate the Client Experience, creating smoother scheduling, better retention, and more consistent revenue flow. For your Mental Health Practice, I will provide specialized HIPAA-compliant operational support designed to streamline your operations and bridge the gap between clinical care and administrative excellence. I handle the technical complexities of your practice, including prior authorizations, insurance verification, billing, and coding, so that you can dedicate your full presence to your clients. The outcome? Elevated Client Experience, Smoother Scheduling, Better Retention, and more Consistent Revenue Flow. I am a fast learner, open to learning any other software your studio/practice uses, and willing to tailor my services to meet your unique needs.
