Johnny P.

I build AI automation and custom software for owners of finance, insurance and real estate firms. When no product fits how your firm works, I write software that does. It runs in your own Microsoft or Google systems, and I support it after launch. I'm a software engineer first, and I use AI where it is the right tool. What I deliver is working software your team relies on every day, not a demo or a slide deck. I'm based in Chicago and come on site when that helps. What I build Software your team uses every day, such as dashboards, client portals and internal tools. AI automation for the work your staff retype from emails, PDFs and spreadsheets, with your team reviewing anything flagged. Integrations between the tools you already pay for, such as your CRM, Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace. Fixes and finishing for software someone else built and left behind. Support after launch as your business changes. Recent work A deal intake system for a private lender that turns broker emails into deal records in minutes. A nightly file review for a loan servicing firm that flags problems before files go out. An ongoing technology partnership with a specialty insurance firm. Nine months as the builder and advisor for a hospitality software company as it launched, from the first build and code reviews through support and product decisions. How I work I work best as an ongoing technology partner. You set the priorities, I build, and we review progress together. I'm Johnny Palumbo, founder of John Palumbo Group LLC in Chicago, and I'm the person you work with from the first call through support. Tell me which task costs your team the most hours each week, and I'll tell you what I would build first.
