Riley H.

Are you searching for your next marketing superstar? Creative content writer? Vivacious virtual assistant? Fabulous fiber artist? Well, look no further! I have been chronically online since before that was a term in the internet lexicon, and my ability to keep up with every trend (micro or otherwise) proves that. I am a daily user of Facebook and Instagram, and I dabble on TikTok and YouTube a few times a week for good measure. I've scrolled enough to know how to keep a brand voice consistent in a piece of text without coming across as *too* polished. I can be relatable AND professional- I can even use emojis without being cringe! 😉 It's a delicate balance. I am a junior at Appalachian State University pursuing my Bachelor of Science in Communication Studies. Professionally, I have spent many years in the retail sector working both customer service and management. I work well both on my own and as a team, and am capable of solving issues that arise without much guidance necessary. I am an effective communicator and am always looking for opportunities to branch out and learn new things. I am also a fiber artist- I crochet, knit, and write my own beginner friendly patterns. I can pattern test, tech edit patterns, or assist with other craft-related projects. 🧶 I look forward to working with you!
