Before founding Finn Equities, I was involved in over $4B of institutional multifamily transactions through roles at American Realty Advisors and Tides Equities. My work spanned core, value-add, and development strategies throughout the Western United States. I hold a B.S. in Mathematics with a concentration in Economics from UCLA, and bring over a decade of experience executing across the capital stack—from wholly owned deals to JV LP positions, preferred equity, and structured debt.
