Mkay A.

I am a Virtual Assistant with 7+ years of experience helping business owners stay organized, manage the day-to-day, and keep important things from falling through the cracks. I am the person you bring in when your inbox is overflowing, your admin tasks are piling up, projects need follow-up, content needs to go out, or you simply need someone reliable behind the scenes. Over the years, I’ve worked across administrative support, email and inbox management, social media management, content creation, research, client communication, project coordination, data entry, and process organization. I am comfortable working with tools like Google Workspace, Canva, Mondaycom, Wix, Mailchimp, LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, and other business platforms—and I’m quick to learn new systems when needed. What I bring to a business is simple: I pay attention, I communicate, I follow through, and I figure things out. If you’re looking for a VA who can take ownership of the work instead of waiting to be told every little thing, I’d love to work with you.
