I’m a data analyst with a PhD in biostatistics, and I love turning messy or complex data into clear, useful insights. Over the years, I’ve worked with everything from small research datasets to large, noisy databases, with the goal of uncovering trends and helping people make better decisions with their data. I work mainly with R, Python and SQL, and I’m comfortable moving between data cleaning, statistical modeling, machine learning, and visualization. This reduced data collection time by two orders of magnitude and enabled 4 scientific studies in preparation. • Designed custom workflows for large-scale data extraction, transformation, and analysis. • Built pipelines to preprocess and analyse messy qPCR data with up to 60% missing values.
