Hi my name is Charlene Tarnate and I've worked as a Medical Virtual Assistant for a year in a mental health practice dealing with Medical Record Request, Chart Preparation, Appointment Scheduling, Inbound/outbound calls, Imaging appointment scheduling and Payment collection. I've been strengthening my skills in Research and Analysis, as well as with Leadership and management over the years. I make sure that I am effective and efficient in my craft so I can set an example and others can learn from it. I'm also satisfied when I can positively influence others.
