* I have a 6-year extensive experience in the BPO industry. I initially worked as a Customer Service Representative with Dell Financial Services. After sometime, I upgraded and became a part of the Quality Team as an Analyst and a Customer Experience Coach under the same department. * I also have an 8-year extensive experience in the BANK industry doing data entry, data analysis, KYC, Customer Due Diligence and collections. * I am familiar with tools that are commonly used in data analysis and data entry such as MS Office, CRM, Excel, etc. * I'm a fast-learner and willing to try innovative strategies for a better outcome. * I was in depth exposure in Operations and other Support Groups. * I am goal-oriented and never leaves a work undone. * I am fully committed in providing the highest possible standards of customer service and support. * I am people oriented; enjoys working directly with customers and the general public. * Self-starter, can be depended on to complete a task under minimal supervision.
