Most businesses run on disconnected tools. Leads come in through one system, live in another, and follow-up falls through a gap nobody owns. Your team fills that gap manually and the gap keeps growing. I fix the infrastructure behind the business. 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐈 𝐝𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐛𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝: 🔁 End-to-end automation workflows (n8n · Make · Zapier), lead capture to CRM entry to follow-up sequence, fully automated, zero manual steps 🤖 AI-powered integrations (Claude · ChatGPT · OpenAI API), chatbots, document processors, and AI agents that qualify, route, and respond around the clock 🔗 CRM buildouts and automation (GoHighLevel · HubSpot · Zoho), pipeline logic, lead scoring, follow-up sequences, and API integrations that turn your CRM from a contact list into a revenue engine. 🌐 Custom web development (WordPress · Shopify · Webflow) built to plug directly into your automation stack, with custom plugin development when off-the-shelf tools hit their limits. 𝐇𝐞𝐫𝐞'𝐬 𝐰𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐬 𝐥𝐢𝐤𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐩𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐞: 𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐭𝐞𝐥𝐥 𝐦𝐞: "We spend 12 hours a week manually moving leads from our website form into our CRM and sending follow-ups." 𝐈 𝐛𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝: a form integration that fires a Make workflow → enriches the lead via API → pushes it into GoHighLevel with tags and scores → triggers a personalized SMS + email sequence → notifies your team in Slack when a lead qualifies. Your 12 hours become zero. 𝐖𝐡𝐲 𝐜𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐬𝐞 𝐦𝐞: → Web development and automation in one person. Most automation specialists cannot touch your WordPress or Shopify site. Most developers cannot build your CRM or AI workflow. I do both, no coordinating between two contractors. → Custom code when you need it. My MCA in Computer Science means when a workflow hits a platform limit, I write the plugin or API integration myself. [Reference: ICS calendar plugin delivered where multiple other developers failed] → 100% Job Success Score across 18 contracts. → AI-native delivery. I use AI tools throughout the build process, you get production-ready systems on compressed timelines, not a 6-week estimate for a 10-day job. → Full documentation and Loom walkthrough on every delivery. Your team runs it independently from day one. → 30-day post-delivery support included as standard. 𝐂𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐬, 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐞: "She is the only one who did it more than my own expectations, after approaching multiple freelancers, she was the one who delivered." 𝐑𝐞𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤: → Custom WordPress plugin with ICS calendar sync, delivered where multiple developers could not. Client returned with follow-on project. → Complex form automation system, delivered ahead of schedule. → Shopify store redesign + Email automation delivered. 𝐌𝐲 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬: 1. Workflow map before a single tool is configured 2. Daily updates you always know what's built and what's next 3. Testing and QA before handoff 4. Full documentation your team can follow 5. 30-day post-launch support included To scope a project: message me your current tool stack and your single biggest manual bottleneck. I'll tell you exactly what I'd automate first and what it would take to build it. 𝐓𝐨 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝐬𝐦𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐫: book a 60-minute Workflow Audit ($99). I map your biggest automation opportunity and hand you a clear build plan, actionable whether you work with me after or not.
