Build out Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Pardot setups that match how your team actually sells and supports customers, not just the default templates. Handle custom development when declarative tools aren't enough — Apex, LWC, Visualforce, integrations via REST/SOAP APIs. Audit existing orgs — I'll tell you honestly what's solid, what's technical debt, and what's going to break at scale.
