The system integrates ServiceTitan with Constant Contact, manages staged payment reminders, handles platform limitations, prevents duplicate sends, and automatically cleans up temporary contacts to stay within platform limits. The solution runs as a modular webhook-driven architecture with logging, retries, and operational safeguards built in. 2, Content Operations Platform Built a fully automated content pipeline that transforms news, research, and competitor content into branded posts ready for publication across LinkedIn, X, Webflow, and Google Docs. The system includes content sourcing, rewriting, quality scoring, brand enforcement, media generation, publishing, monitoring, and centralized configuration without requiring daily manual involvement. 3, Document Intelligence Pipeline Engineered a multi-stage document processing system capable of handling scanned documents, PDFs, reports, and structured files. The pipeline automatically selects the most appropriate extraction strategy based on document complexity, validates extraction quality, escalates when confidence is low, and produces structured, searchable knowledge with complete source traceability. 4, Custom Automation Systems Designed automation platforms that combine APIs, business logic, databases, and AI services to replace repetitive operational work with reliable production systems.
