Medical Records, Bills, and Liens I request and follow up on medical records and billing through ChartSwap, ChartSquad, provider portals, HIPAA requests, fax, and email. I organize records, identify missing bills, track liens, and assist with lien reduction requests involving Medicare, Medicaid, private health insurance, medical providers, and third-party lien administrators. Demand Letter Preparation I draft settlement demands, policy limit demands, UM/UIM demands, and bodily injury demand packages. My demand work includes liability summaries, treatment chronologies, medical specials, future medicals, pain and suffering narratives, wage loss documentation, and supporting exhibits. Litigation Support I draft Louisiana Petitions for Damages and California PI form complaints using PLD-PI forms. I also assist with discovery responses, propounding discovery, Bates-stamped document production, deposition scheduling, court deadline tracking, and litigation file organization. E-Filing and Court Support I have experience with InfoTrack, One Legal, Clio e-filing, JeffNet, Clerk Connect, Orleans Parish Civil District Court, Louisiana sheriff service follow-ups, and direct communication with court clerks regarding filings, service, and case status. Case Management Systems I have used Filevine, Eve, Clio Manage and Clio Grow, and other legal technology platforms. I am especially comfortable working inside Filevine, including task management, report building, case status tracking, document organization, and litigation docket review.
