Muzammil H.

I help training providers, EdTech teams, and online course platforms run smooth, high-quality learning operations, from LMS administration and course QA to virtual classroom delivery and student support. I manage end-to-end course operations across Moodle, LearnDash, and Google Classroom: course configuration, student enrollment and access management, QA reviews against accreditation and completion standards, and course archiving and restoration. I also set up and host live virtual sessions on Adobe Connect, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams, and I prepare courses for regulatory/accreditation submission, including orientations, exam settings, completion requirements, and student evaluations. Alongside the operations work, I bring a Learning & Development background covering instructional design, training needs analysis, and program coordination for corporate and executive audiences, so I don't just administer a course, I understand how it should work for the learner. How I can help: • LMS setup, configuration, enrollments & access management (Moodle, LearnDash, Google Classroom) • Course QA reviews, orientations, exam settings & completion requirements • Virtual classroom setup & live session hosting (Adobe Connect, Zoom, Microsoft Teams) • Course finalization for regulatory/accreditation submission • Course archiving, restoration & documentation • Learner onboarding, support & evaluations • Training design & needs analysis with an L&D lens If you run online courses, certification programs, or corporate training and need a reliable operations partner who keeps your delivery stack running and your learners supported, I'd love to help.
