I have over 20 years of experience in all aspects of architecture and construction for residential and commercial projects. Having spent many years in both realms, I bring a unique ability to know what each side is looking for and mitigate the frustration that so often occurs between the two sides. When I work on a project, I am continually looking at it with the contractor's and architect's view in mind so it ultimately leads to a smooth and refined project that reduces costs and errors. I place a lot of value on constant and clear communication, so I create a list of questions with imagery for clarification and review with the team.
