Creative Strategist
Most creative strategists learned strategy first. I learned direct response copy first. That means when I'm building an ad concept, I'm already thinking about the hook before the visual... What stops the scroll, what triggers the emotion, what creates enough curiosity that someone actually watches past the first 3 seconds. The visual direction comes after. Always. For the past 6 months I've been doing creative strategy full-time for DTC brands on Meta... Supplements, ecomm, direct-to-consumer products where cold traffic is brutal and weak angles die fast. Recently took a supplement brand from zero to $8k monthly revenue in 30 days. That result came from angle testing, not production budget. Output: I run 20-30 creatives per week. My briefs are detailed enough that editors and UGC creators know exactly what they're building... The hook, the emotion, the pacing, the CTA. No back-and-forth, no interpretation required. On the communication side, you'll hear from me before you have to ask. Deadlines aren't something I negotiate around. I'm also inside Genesis, a creative strategy mastermind where I get weekly feedback on real work from some of the sharpest people in paid social right now. Current testing frameworks, AI workflows, what's actually winning on Meta this month, not theory from 2 years ago. If you're a DTC brand that needs a creative strategist who can write, think in angles, and produce at volume without hand-holding... That's exactly what I do. So if you're interested in working with me, I'd love to hear from you! - Preslav
