DTC Creative Strategist | Meta Ad Concepts, Scripts & UGC Briefs

Your competitors aren’t necessarily winning because they have a better product. They’re winning because they test more angles, produce faster and learn from every test. I help DTC brands build Meta creative systems that turn research and performance data into a high volume of strategically diverse, production-ready ads. Quality without volume limits how quickly you learn. Volume without strategy produces more expensive guesses. You need both. Most brands don’t have an idea shortage. They have a creative system problem. Production moves too slowly. Ads launch without clear hypotheses. Five variations communicate the same idea. By the time the next batch is ready, existing winners are already fatiguing. I build the strategic system behind the creative: • Which audiences and micro-segments should we target? • Which pains, desires and beliefs remain unexplored? • Which angles deserve to be tested first? • How can one winning idea become multiple executions? • What is each ad testing? • How do we turn results into the next batch—fast? Before moving into creative strategy, I worked in media buying. That means I evaluate every ad in three ways: Does it persuade? Does it add real creative diversity? Does it hold up when real spend hits it? A concept becomes valuable when it reaches the right audience, communicates the right message and produces a result we can learn from. MY PROCESS 1. CUSTOMER RESEARCH I analyze your product, positioning, landing pages, reviews, ad comments and customer feedback. The goal is to understand why customers buy, what stops them and which pains, desires and segments your advertising overlooks. 2. PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS I break down your ads to identify which messages, angles, hooks, formats and audiences have performed—and which have been pushed too far. This separates an idea that failed from an execution that failed, a promising angle that needs another format and a winner that deserves further iteration. We don’t discard a valuable idea because one execution underperformed or keep producing cosmetic variations of an exhausted idea. 3. MARKET RESEARCH I study competitors, category leaders and relevant brands outside your market—not to copy their ads, but to find where everyone sounds the same and which audiences, messages and formats remain underexplored. 4. STRATEGY AND TESTING ROADMAP Research and performance data become: • Audience and micro-segment opportunities • Messaging and angle architecture • Testable creative hypotheses • Testing priorities • Recommended formats and executions • A structured creative roadmap 5. HIGH-VELOCITY CREATIVE DEVELOPMENT Once the strategy is clear, I translate it into strategically diverse concepts your production team can execute quickly: • Meta ad concepts • UGC and direct-response scripts • Static and video creative briefs • Hooks, headlines and CTAs • Visual and production direction • Modular variations for faster testing The objective isn’t ten ads that look different but communicate the same message. It’s meaningful volume across audiences, awareness levels, angles, formats, hooks, visual styles and use cases. That gives Meta more diverse signals and your team more useful information from each testing cycle. 6. PERFORMANCE-LED ITERATION When an ad performs, we identify why and expand the idea across new hooks, formats, personas, awareness levels, visual styles and contexts. One winning idea becomes multiple meaningful executions without rebuilding every concept from zero. The result is a faster creative loop: Research. Strategize. Produce. Test. Learn. Iterate. More quality ads launched. More meaningful angles tested. More winners found before existing ones fatigue. Less budget wasted on ideas with no strategic reason behind them. WHAT I CAN HELP YOU WITH • Creative account and performance audits • Customer, competitor and market research • Audience and messaging strategy • Creative testing roadmaps • High-volume Meta ad concepts • UGC and direct-response scripts • Static and video creative briefs • Weekly creative sprints • Ongoing creative strategy and analysis If you only need a few isolated ads, I’m probably not the right fit. But if you have a strong product, an active Meta account and a production team—and need a system that keeps your team supplied with quality, testable ideas—we should talk. Send me your website and Meta Ad Library link. I’ll tell you what deserves to scale, what has been overtested and which audiences and angles you haven’t reached yet. Even if we never work together, I’ll still tell you what I see. It costs you a link.
