I’m a Mental Health Virtual Assistant with over 4 years of experience supporting mental health practices and working alongside therapists and other mental health professionals. Because I’m also currently pursuing my Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, I bring both an administrative and mental health-informed perspective to the work I do. I understand the importance of professionalism, empathy, confidentiality, organization, and thoughtful communication when working in a mental health setting. I support practices with scheduling, client communication, intake coordination, insurance verification, EHR documentation, administrative organization, outreach, social media, and other day-to-day tasks that can take valuable time away from client care.
